1- Company Information

PowerPro Industries is a Pakistan-based manufacturer specializing in custom combat sports equipment, sportswear, fitness apparel, and private label manufacturing services for customers worldwide.

2- Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or communicating with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

3- Products & Services
PowerPro Industries manufactures custom products, including but not limited to:
  • Boxing Gloves
  • MMA Equipment
  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Gis
  • Rash Guards
  • Compression Wear
  • Teamwear
  • Sportswear
  • Fitness Apparel
  • Protective Equipment

Product specifications, colors, branding, dimensions, and materials are manufactured according to customer-approved samples, artwork, or technical specifications.

4- Quotations
All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time of inquiry.

Prices may change if there are significant changes in:

  • Material specifications
  • Order quantity
  • Customization requirements
  • Shipping method
  • Currency exchange rates

A quotation does not constitute a binding agreement until confirmed by both parties.

5- Samples

Sample orders are produced for product evaluation before bulk production.

Sample charges, shipping costs, and setup fees (where applicable) are communicated before production begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sample charges are non-refundable.

6- Production Orders
Bulk production begins only after:
  • Sample approval (if applicable)
  • Final artwork approval
  • Confirmation of specifications
  • Receipt of the agreed advance payment

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order size, material availability, and production scheduling.

7- Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon before production begins.

Unless otherwise stated in the Proforma Invoice, our standard payment terms are:
  • Advance payment before production.
  • Remaining balance before shipment or as mutually agreed.
Accepted payment methods may include:
  • Bank Transfer
  • Approved Payment Gateway
  • Other mutually accepted payment methods
8- Intellectual Property

All customer logos, trademarks, artwork, designs, and branding remain the property of their respective owners.

PowerPro Industries uses these materials solely for manufacturing the customer’s approved products.

We do not claim ownership of customer intellectual property.

9- Confidentiality

All confidential information shared during quotations, product development, sampling, and manufacturing is treated with reasonable confidentiality.

Where separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are executed, those agreements shall also apply.

10- Shipping

Shipping methods may include:

  • DHL Express
  • Air Freight
  • Sea Freight
  • Other logistics providers

Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, airline schedules, port congestion, or other circumstances beyond our control.

11- Customs Duties & Taxes

Import duties, customs charges, VAT, GST, and other local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing under specific shipping terms such as DDP.

12- Inspection & Claims

Customers should inspect their shipment upon receipt.

Any manufacturing-related issues should be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs and a detailed description.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

13- Limitation of Liability

PowerPro Industries shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our liability shall not exceed the total value of the affected order.

14- Force Majeure

PowerPro Industries shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • War
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes
  • Pandemic
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Material shortages
15- Website Content

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, and product information, is provided for general information purposes.

Unauthorized copying or reproduction of website content without written permission is prohibited.

16- Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan unless otherwise agreed in writing.

17- Changes to These Terms

PowerPro Industries reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
